Take I-44 just north of Lawton-Fort Sill to the State Highway 49 Medicine Park exit.  Head west on Highway 49 towards Medicine Park and the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge.   Approximately one mile west of the State Highway 58 junction with Highway 49 - take the "Y" at East Lake Drive into Medicine Park.  Continue for approximately one mile into downtown Medicine Park.
